Back due to popular demand, May Pole dancing is returning, alongside beautiful flower-crown making with seasonal flowers with our brilliant florists. To support our pollinating insects, we're running talks and activities around wildlife gardening, including a talk from gardener and bug-fanatic Benny Hawksbee, and a creative wearable butterfly-wing activity.

Essential to all our community days is live music played throughout the gardens - and we're so pleased to announce that we have some real treasures joining us this year - Kadialy Kouyate, the incredible Kora player and singer-songwriter, and the magical folk trio The Beadling - who are all sure to make the day a real treat. Find them under the oak tree alongside our storytellers, and other special spots across the site.

Also in our gardens, we'll be running a mix of wildlife activities and sessions including looking at aquatic life in our pond with pond dipping, identifying and drawing moths caught in our gardens, and discovering a brand new part of the garden - the Paradise Garden - which we need help planting!
