Family Volunteering Club making warm winter bug homes at Roots and Shoots

Family Volunteering Club returns to Roots and Shoots for a lovely morning of nature-based activities for young children and their families.

In this session, we will be collecting natural materials from the Wild Garden to make warm winter homes for all the different types of bees and insects that live here, helping our bugs be as snug as they can! While helping the insects, they'll also be playing some games, singing some songs and taking part in storytelling under the oak tree.
