Policies
We use policies to ensure that the Roots and Shoots vision and values underpin our day-to-day decisions and actions, providing a framework to guide management and staff. Policies are concerned with key processes within our organisation and address interactions between training providers, students, parents and the wider community. Policies also address how we ensure highly effective teaching and learning, safety, environmental standards and basic human rights.
This page features some of our most important policies. Our policies are reviewed annually by management, our Director and the Chair of Trustees.
