This year we have been successful in attracting funding from the 'Awards for All' (Big Lottery) programme to make a promotional film aimed at recruiting young people to our training programme.'Sowing the Seeds of Success', which was produced and directed by Karen Livesey, features interviews with trainees past and present, speaking about their views and aspirations and working in a variety of situations such as at Apple Day or in Cycle Training.
